What began as a dream has blossomed into a reality. Our story, like yours, is one rooted in hard work, perseverance, and passion.
The transformation of Cedar Lawn Farm was born from dedication and a steadfast commitment to family and community. The home itself has a rich history, originally purchased from a Sears catalog and transported by rail car. Delivered in carefully packed boxes containing everything from nails to the kitchen sink, the house became the heart of a farm that would sustain a growing family. This cherished foundation eventually gave rise to the beautiful venue you see today.

In September 2022, we embarked on an ambitious renovation of the barn, fueled by a small but determined crew who poured their hearts and sweat into its transformation. Every plank was carefully removed and replaced with one of the same style and character. Locally quarried rock and thoughtfully sourced furniture and decor from nearby vendors were used to preserve the authentic charm of the space.
After fifteen months of tireless effort, we finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel, ready to welcome our first reservation for 2024.
Today, the barn stands as a testament to the legacy of Cedar Lawn Farm. Original planks, a stunning vaulted ceiling, and wrought iron chandeliers create a rustic yet elegant atmosphere. The grand double barn doors, framed by natural limestone, open to an inviting social area. Ceremonies can be hosted both indoors and out, with the pasture area featuring a picturesque rock patio and walkway—an impressive entrance to any special occasion.
